We are hard pressed to find words that convey just how important you all at Absecon Manor have been to us. It was very reassuring to us to know that she was safe, comfortable, and loved. Form the bottom of our hearts, our families want to thank you for all that you did for our mother during her last few months on earth. We are sure that she is watching over all of you with quiet respect.

I wanted to write this letter to express my appreciation for the care and concern my Father received as a resident of Absecon Manor during the last two plus years of his life. As far as I was able to observe, he was treated with compassion, care and concern by all of the people who attended to his needs on a daily basis. In addition, my family and I were treated with respect, courtesy and patience by the administrators and support staff.

When my Father was first transferred from the AtlantiCare to Absecon Manor, many members of the staff introduced themselves to me. They all expressed positive feelings towards my Father and a desire to make his stay in Mainland Manor as pleasant as possible. It was for this reason that my Father felt that he received special care and concern and never had any interest in being transferred to another facility.

Please share these sentiments with the staff. Please make certain that everyone knows the appreciation my family and I feel for the job they did with my Father.
